2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to pay admitted dues of salary to the petitioner from 15.04.2015 which has been withheld.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has already filed a representation on 01.08.2022 before the District Programme Officer, District- Bhojpur (Respondent No. 5) but till date, no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. In view of the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13160 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, District- Bhojpur (Respondent No. 5) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the District Programme Officer, District- Bhojpur (Respondent No. 5) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
