2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S.Case No. 99 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(4), 317 (5), 111 of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of theft of a motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi

7. As a condition of this order (i) one of the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sonbarsa Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
