ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is seeking bail in Special Case No.17 of 2015 arising out Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case no.17 of 2015 for the offence under Section 376 (D) of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected after looking into the entire facts and circumstances of the case. Today also there is no fresh material to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. More so, because the allegation against him is truly heinous.

As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again
