JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 There is no clarity on the facts to say as to what is the qualification of the petitioner vis-a-vis the private respondent. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this court is unable to proceed with the matter in it's writ jurisdiction. If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to the appointment of respondent no. 9 and that she has not been selected, she may ventilate her grievance before the Revisional Authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner in terms of the provisions of Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 itself.
