JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 On behalf of the counsel for the petitioner, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 31.03.2009 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.12432 of 2007.

The respondents shall examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed in the aforesaid writ application and if the case of the petitioner is found identical, thereafter pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order.
