The petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandemus for a direction to the respondent authority to provide employment to the petitioner to PB-1 pay band of Rs. 5,200-20,200 with grade pay of Rs.1800/- for being a land loser on account of acquisition of land for the project of Railway, Banka Barahat Rail Project (B.G.Line).

3. In this country of 150 million people, the petitioner
