Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a of Arms Act.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that there is land dispute between petitioners and one Mantu got injured and Bimlesh Singh was present there.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

During the course of assault, there was firing and there is no allegation of firing against the petitioners. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 552 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
