2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 59509 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024.

4. The petitioner is accused of participating in the killing of the deceased. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of one Raju Jha. One co-accused namely Prince Sah has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 23835 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024.
