Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No.197 of 2021 dated 27.08.2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. 1st, Madhubani.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application but fairly submits that the parties have compromised the matter. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law and the Court below is expected to take a lenient view as the parties have compromised the matter.
