JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 An order, dated 01.07.2019, passed by the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga, whereby petitioner's selection as Anganbari Sahayika of Ward No. 10 of Village Jamalpur under Gram Panchayat Raj Jamalpur, has been cancelled, is under challenge in the present writ application. Selection to the said post is governed by a set of guidelines issued by the State Government. Under the said guidelines, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga, which she has apparently not availed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17818 of 2019(5) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 This application is disposed of, in such circumstance, with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga, questioning the order, which is under challenge in the present writ application. It is indicated that if the petitioner files her appeal within a month from today, her appeal shall not be rejected on the ground of delay since she was pursing her remedy before this Court by filing present writ application. This application is disposed of with the liberty and observation as made above.
