Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation, it surfaced that petitioner was last seen along with deceased. Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure 1 series.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61598 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Panapur Police Station Case No.25 of 2010, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
