Case No. 195 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 420/167/468/471/409/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a view to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail.
