The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.28759 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are landless persons and father and mother of both petitioners have already died and they are residing over the government land by constructing hutment. It is also submitted that the sister is also having no land and residing on the government land. It is submitted that the petitioners are not in a position to show the document of land of Rs.25,000/- and as

In view of the facts aforesaid, condition no.(1) is modified and it should be read as "One of the bailors will be any relative of the petitioners."

The period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.01/2022, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The order dated 02.09.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
