The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No.370 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he opened fire causing injury in the abdomen of the brother of the informant as a result of which he died instantaneously, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of bail is rejected.
