Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have given blow on the head of informant with sharp edged weapon causing cut injury.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that on a petty dispute scuffle took place between both families as a result of which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case and injury caused to the informant is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya PS case No. 477/2021.
