2. Let learned counsel for the petitioner implead the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna as respondent no. 5. Necessary correction be made in the cause title by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
3. In terms of order dated 21.09.2017, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4 in which copy of sanction order in favour of the petitioner has been brought on record indicating that the required documents have been

4. Copy of supplementary counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.10.2017.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the State authorities have discharged their duty with regard to taking steps for payment of retiral benefits of the petitioner.
6. Considering the same, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to ensure that necessary authority is issued in favour of the petitioner with regard to payment of his retiral dues in terms of the sanction accorded by the State authorities, expeditiously and latest within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, if already not done.
