The petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2019 in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners were merely a pillion driver and they do not know that the alleged vehicle was stolen one. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case and they have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57809 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019.
