Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act. It is alleged that 200 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the shop of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the quantity of recovery, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection
