JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite repeated calls, no body appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 253 of 2017 registered under Sections 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay of about 14 days in institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 253 of 2017, subject to the
