1. The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the land, appertaining to Khata No.341, Survey No.557, Area-1 Katha 2 Dhurs, which is a public land and is situated at Village-Basawan Bari, Anchal Barharia, District-Siwan.

2. Considering the nature of prayer, made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Anchal Barharia, District - Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
