JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.10.2011, passed by the Chief Manager, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Kalambag Chowk, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, whereby and whereunder it has been held that the order of termination of the agency, granted to the petitioner for collection of deposits pertaining to Kashi Alp Bajat Yojana, does not suffer from any irregularity and it is not possible to register the agency in question as also for de-freezing the bank accounts of the petitioner, in which commission granted to the petitioner by the respondent- Bank has been credited but it is submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CWJC No.21850 of 2011(6) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 the petitioner that since with the efflux of time, the prayer of the petitioner regarding restoration of the agency in question has become redundant, he be granted liberty to apply for fresh allotment of agency, in case any scheme is existing as also liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent- Bank authorities for de-freezing his bank accounts. Liberty so sought, is granted.
