The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sectino 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Moreover, no one has sustained firearm injury and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since29.06.2019.

Case No. 17 of 2015.
