Names of miscreants were perceived by driver and Khalasi during course of occurrence while they were talking amongst themselves whereunder, name of petitioner also cropped up on the basis of which, the police along with driver and Khalasi went to the place of Chandan Kumar where both of them were apprehended. On search, one country made loaded pistol along with cartridges were recovered from the bed belonging to Chandan Kumar. However, nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioner.
As stated, petitioner also has been made an accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58589 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2016 relating to commission of a robbery wherein a truck was looted away. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 02.07.2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Barun Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Banka in connection with Amarpur PS Case No. 198/2015.
