2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, it is alleged that the police party acting upon a secret information apprehended this petitioner along with other co-accused person and from possession of them, three country made pistols, six live cartridges, one iron magazine, two mobile phones and one motorcycle were recovered.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2023 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is alleged that three country made pistols and six live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 266 of 2023.
