1. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment in question, made over Government land, appertaining to Khata No.363, Plot No.793 and 975, situated at Mauza-Chakari, P.S. Aander, District-Siwan.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Raghunathpur, District-Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
