The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 22.09.2022, 24.11.2022 and 29.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 24691 of 2022, 40908 of 2022 and 43727 of 2022 respectively. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60112 of 2022(3) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
