2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, command/commands for directing the respondents to comply the measurement dated 30.12.2023 appertaining to Khata No. 265 (Old), Khata No. 663K (New), Khesra No. 857 Old, Khesra (New) 295, Area 1 Kattha 10 Dhurs (6 decimals) which was pruchased by the petitioner through Sale Deed No.3313 on 08.06.2018."

3. The petitioner came with a simple prayer for a direction upon the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Mohanpur, Samastipur to comply the measurement order dated 30.12.2023 relating to the aforesaid land.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that within a period of four weeks, a fresh petition shall be preferred before the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Mohanpur, Samastipur.

5. If such petition is preferred, the aforesaid respondent is duty bound to look into the matter and after noticing the relevant parties, shall be taking the case to its logical conclusion by 31st January, 2026.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
