JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-05-2016 After some argument, Sri Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Sri Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that petitioners, who are mother-in-law, sister-in-law, younger brother-in-law and elder brother-in-law of the deceased, may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that other in-law of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by this Court.

In view of facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with an indication that if within a period of six

No.19651 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 weeks from today, the petitioners appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may consider the same and also examine the probability of extending the privilege of bail in view of the fact that father-in-law of the deceased has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.19607 of 2016.
