The stand of the respondents is that the petitioner was placed at serial No. 6 in the panel and none below the petitioner in the unreserved category has been selected. The petitioner therefore was not entitled to any regularisation.
It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that the post against which the petitioner was entitled to be regularised has been given to one candidate from the reserved category. He submits that he would be approaching the authorities assailing the regularisation of one Sri Mahadeo Prasad Yadav.
In view of the said submission, since the issue has to be

The writ petition is dismissed.
