Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 308, 354(A), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and molested his female members of family.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. The

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.
