The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali Complaint Case No. 496 of 2018 (Tr. No. 1252 of 2019) for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.05.2019. He further submits that marriage between petitioner and informant took place in the year 2010. He submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity even today. He further submits that he is ready to abide that the condition settled by this Court for his release.

No.58732 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 496 of 2018 (Tr. No. 1252 of 2019). The Court below after releasing the petitioner shall refer the dispute between parties to District Mediation Center so that the dispute between husband and wife may be settled.
