The present writ petition has been filed for removal of the encroachment made over the public land in question. This Court is of the opinion that for removal of encroachment from the public land, the petitioner is required to approach the concerned Circle Officer. Hence, liberty is granted

Patna High Court CWJC No.16969 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dinara, District Rohtas under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, whereupon the Circle Officer, Dinara shall take appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
