The petitioner is accused in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 54/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioner along with three others caught hold to the informant in front of the house of Mukesh Shah who was coming on the bicycle. Thereafter, the petitioner shot fire to the informant Bhim Shah causing injury on his back.

The submission is that there is multiple pillet injury found on the back of the informant which is simple in nature, as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57569 of 2015 (3) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 appears from the injury report. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 23.11.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandravir Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur P.S.
