JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Since the question raised by the two petitioners in the present writ application is identical to the issue already decided by this Court in the writ application, which was CWJC No. 7636 of 2014, decided on 15.01.2015, the impugned pay verification charts contained in Annexure 6 and 6/1 are quashed.

Writ application is allowed in the same reasoning and rationale which has been provided for, in the above mentioned writ application of Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey.
