JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-02-2019 This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 27.07.2018 passed by the learned Sub-divisional Officer, Naugiachia by which he has converted the proceeding from section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to section 147 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. In view of the availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure to the petitioners for the redressal of their grievances, I am not inclined
