ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019, Special Case No. 5934 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioners but from a motorcycle which does not belong to the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
