2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 08.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20628 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertently it has been recorded the nick name of the petitioner "Ansi" in the cause title but in fact the nick name of the petitioner is "Ansh".

4. Let in the order dated 08.07.2025, the name of the petitioner in cause title be treated as corrected to read as "Ansh"

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63889 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 in place of "Ansi".

5. The time for surrender of petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 08.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20628 of 2025 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. The order dated 08.07.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

7. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
