Patna High Court CWJC No.10370 of 2014 dt.04-12-2017 2/2 Workers, were entitled to first ACP on a scale of Rs 5,000/- - 8,000/- and second ACP on a scale of Rs 6,500/- - 10,500/-. They submit that ignoring the said entitlement, first ACP has been granted in the scale of Rs 4,000/- - 6,000/- and second ACP has been granted in the scale of Rs 6,000/- - 8,000/- by Annexure 4.
3 The petitioner, as prayed for, is granted liberty to convince the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, West Champaran, Bettiah by filing a representation with regard to the benefit at any higher scale under whatever circular that may be applicable to them. If such representation is filed, the authorities would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it of with a reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
4 With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
