The petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53845 of 2019 under order dated 27.08.2019 in the aforesaid Patna Junction (Gulzarbagh) P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019, Special Case No. 5833 of 2019 Permission is accorded.
