JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-12-2015 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent-authorities to facilitate the delivery of paddy to the auction purchaser which was auction sold by the petitioners on 27.11.2015 in accordance with the directives of the Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau of Investigation, Economic Offences, Wing, Ranchi.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the paddy in question was auction sold as directed by respondent no.4, the representative of the auction purchaser met with resistance from the local people objecting to the lifting of the paddy.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 confirms that the paddy in question was auction sold pursuant to the direction of the respondent-CBI.

4. Having regard to the nature of the prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent nos. 2 and 3) to resolve any law and order situation as may arise in order to ensure that the auction purchaser successfully takes delivery of the paddy in question.
