Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18118 of 2019 dt.08-12-2022 2/3 For the reason that the impugned order dated 25th of March, 2019, passed by Respondent No. 4, namely, the Head of the Division Office, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.), Muzaffarpur Divisional Office, Krishna Complex, Akharaghat Road, Muzaffarpur824001 (Annexure-5) does not assign any reason changing the petitioner's group from Group-1 to Group-3, we quash and set aside the impugned order dated 25th of March, 2019, passed by Respondent No. 4, namely, the Head of the Division Office, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.), Muzaffarpur Divisional Office, Krishna Complex, Akharaghat Road, Muzaffarpur- 824001 (Annexure-5) with a direction to Respondent No. 4 to pass a fresh order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of

Petitioner shall make himself available in the office of Respondent No. 4, namely, the Head of the Division Office, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.), Muzaffarpur Divisional Office, Krishna Complex, Akharaghat Road, Muzaffarpur- 824001, on 26th of December, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. and place on record additional material, should the need so arise. Also, petitioner shall fully cooperate in the proceedings.
