2. The petitioner presses the present application seeking restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 2786 of 2018, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.12.2018 whereby the petitioner was allowed two weeks time to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the registry.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had also filed a fresh writ application being C.W.C.J.

Patna High Court MJC No.2534 of 2023(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 No.6791 of 2019 wherein the entire facts have been brought on record and this Court vide order dated 10.04.2023 has granted liberty to the petitioner to revive the writ application. Thus, the present application.

4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present application stands allowed. C.W.J.C. No. 2786 of 2018 is restored to its original file. (Harish Kumar, J) rohit/- U
