ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019 in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 321 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from near a palm tree, adjacent to an Aanganbari Centre. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
