JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-06-2018 The present writ petition was filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to cancel the list of teachers sent by Morarji Satendra Kailashpati Gita College, Samastipur. The writ petition was earlier listed on 14.12.2011 and adjourned. After 6 1⁄2 years it was listed again on 22.6.2018 but no

Patna High Court CWJC No.22065 of 2011 dt.25-06-2018 2/2 one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court. In order to facilitate the petitioner the case was again listed today and even today no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to assist the court.

In the facts of the case, the Court has reason to believe that the petitioner has lost interest in the present case and as such no one has appeared.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner in case of any subsisting grievance to agitate the matter before the appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law notwithstanding the dismissal of the present writ petition.
