Having regard to the fact that the father of the petitioner has been dismissed from service, there would be no question of the petitioner being entitled for appointment on compassionate ground.

That being so, this writ application fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.

It is made clear that in the event such dismissal order of the father of the petitioner, which has been assailed by the mother of the petitioner, is set aside, the petitioner may come with consequential claim as may be permissible in law. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
