Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other FIR named accused are said to have mercilessly assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps but annexure 2, phtostat copy of the post mortem report of the deceased, reveals that no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased and doctor reserved his opinion regarding actual cause of death of the deceased till receipt of FSL report.

Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and the petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar Rai, Judicial
