The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S.Case No. 108 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner and others entered into the police station, damaged the vehicles and other properties kept in the police station and assaulted the police personnel, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
