2. The present writ petition has been preferred for directing the respondent authority to investigate the complaint of the petitioner made under F.I.R. No.- 262/2024, Dighwara Police Station dated 24.07.2024 registered for the offence u/s126(2), 115, 118(1), 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and further

Patna High Court CR. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances by way of filing a petition in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.

4. If such a petition is filed before the Magistrate concerned, the Magistrate will act in accordance with law and will pass an appropriate order without keeping the petition pending.
