The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, who happened to be father-inlaw and mother-in-law, have falsely been implicated in this case. They have been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. There is no specific allegation against them. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
