The petitioner being the Panchayat Secretary is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner committed irregularities and defalcated the money with regard to the various Government schemes under Bahaddinpur Panchayat. After going through the case diary learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during enquiry it has been found that the petitioner has committed irregularities but no specific case of defalcation is made out.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26078 of 2014 (3) dt.05-02-2015 named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.
